Cancellation & Refunds
How the $1 introductory period, cancellation, and refunds work — written plainly so there are no surprises on your statement.
What you're charged
You are charged $1 today for 3 days of full access. Unless you cancel before that period ends, the subscription continues at $39.99 per month and renews monthly until you cancel. There is no annual plan and no setup fee.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep access until then. No phone call, no email, no retention flow.
Cancelling during the introductory period
Cancel before the 3 days are up and you are never charged the monthly price. The $1 itself is not refunded, because the access it paid for was provided.
Refunds
If you were charged after intending to cancel, or believe you were billed in error, contact us and we will refund the most recent payment. We would rather refund you than have you dispute it.
Before you dispute a charge
Please email us first. A chargeback takes weeks and closes your account automatically; a message to support usually resolves the same issue the same day.
Price changes
If the subscription price changes, existing subscribers are notified before it takes effect and can cancel first.
