How to reach a human, and what to expect. A working contact route is also a requirement for accepting card payments — this is not a formality.
Support
Email us about anything: billing, a bad analysis, an account problem, or a bug. We aim to reply within one business day.
Billing questions
Include the email address on the account and the approximate date of the charge. We can find a subscription without any card details — please never send full card numbers by email.
Reporting a bad analysis
Send the report link. Analyses are versioned and never overwritten, so we can see exactly what was produced and why.
Security issues
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email us before disclosing it publicly. We will confirm receipt and keep you updated.
Data requests
You can export or delete your data yourself in Settings. If you would rather we did it, email us and we will action it.
